YOUR ORDER & DESIGN PROOF
Once your order has been received, we will send you a Proof via email of your Bespoke Sign, asking you to check the information and confirm it is ok to produce.

RETURNS
As each sign is bespoke to the individual customer, we cannot accept returns.
It is therefor very important you check ALL the details, on YOUR PROOF, to ensure they are correct – prior to confirming.

DELIVERY
We aim to send your Bespoke Sign 7-10 days from receipt of your PROOF CONFIRMATION.
All signs are sent via Royal Mail, using their Tracked 48 service.
